Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All subscription payments to WeatherDI are non-refundable, except where required by Malaysian consumer protection law.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial of Pro features with no credit card required. We encourage you to try the service before subscribing. The trial is designed to give you a complete experience before any payment is made.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of the period

4. Exceptions

We will consider refunds in the following circumstances:

Technical failure: If WeatherDI was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period due to an issue on our end, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error.

To request an exception, contact us within 14 days of the charge at weatherdi.support@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference number from Billplz.

5. Missed or Delayed Alerts

WeatherDI Telegram alerts depend on third-party services including Telegram, Vercel, and Open-Meteo. We are not liable and will not issue refunds for alerts that were missed, delayed, or undelivered due to:

• Telegram delivery failures or outages
• Your device being offline or Telegram notifications being disabled
• Internet connectivity issues on your end
• Forecast inaccuracies from third-party weather data providers

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve any billing issue promptly.
