You drop back to the Free plan automatically — no charge. You'll keep your saved events but Telegram alerts will pause until you upgrade. We'll remind you 2 days before the trial ends.
How accurate is the 45-minute rain warning?
Open-Meteo uses a 3km grid for Malaysia. It's accurate enough to give you a 30–45 min head start in most cases. If it misses, tap 👎 on the dashboard — your feedback improves the model over time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep Pro/Agency access until the end of the billing period. No questions asked.
What happens when I hit 3 saved events on Free?
You'll see an upgrade prompt. All core weather features stay fully free — only saving more events and Telegram alerts require upgrading.
